Main Purpose of the Role:

To strive in providing customers with a professional service experience whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals

Key Performance Areas: 

  • Prepare for the arrival of the customer and vehicle
  • Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival
  • Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system
  • Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems
  • Regular Liaison with customers
  • Ensure accurate invoice payments
  • Professional Vehicle hand over
  • Customer follow – up and reminders
  • Attend weekly service meetings

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position within a motor dealership.
  • Senior Certificate Grade 12.
  • Technical qualification and/or aptitude would be advantageous.
